TrimEVAC is now part of WSP

TrimEVAC is now proudly part of WSP. As part of our integration to WSP IT systems, we are currently experiencing some data flow disruption between TrimACCESS and our internal systems.

We are working to implement a sustainable resolution to this issue and will provide further update in due course.

Should you require any emergency compliance documentation or diagrams which you previously obtained via TrimACCESS, please email us at [email protected] and one of our team will provide the requested information.

TrimAccess is a web based management tool you can use to coordinate, track and monitor emergency planning actions and programs.

TrimAccess allows recording, analysis and reporting of compliance and emergency management data across a group of sites, regions, states or nationally.

  • Ready access to emergency management information (emergency plans and diagrams)

  • Ability to update warden details online

  • Secure (encrypted) password access at different security levels to site or portfolio specific records

Evacuation Plans

Evacuation plans are available for each site in the portfolio  in PDF format.

Training Reports

Training schedules and session reports are easily accessed, keeping the Property Manager up to date. TrimAccess is interactive allowing property managers to enter details of new tenants or wardens.
