As part of Greencap's commitment to the sustainability agenda, Greencap has an Eco-Sustainability Committee. The Eco-Sustainability Committee is a voluntary interest group and membership is open to all team members. We aim to have representatives from across all regions and areas of the business to promote diversity of thought in tackling sustainability issues. The Committee meets on a regular basis with the Greencap Head of Sustainability who is also a member of the Executive Leadership team.

While sustainability and environmental issues are a global concern, disseminated information is often quite overwhelming and hard to comprehend. It can leave us wondering how it relates to us as individuals and how we can play any part in making a positive difference. It was from this sense of “What does it all mean?” and “What can we do?” that Greencap’s Eco-Sustainability Committee determined we could answer some of these questions by sharing a regular team member led communication.

One of the initiatives this committee has instigated is the development of an internal monthly eco-news publication. Team members provide interesting facts, quick eco-tips, and recent environmental news. There has been such interest in this publication that we have decided to share it with our clients.
