10 years on – Looking back, looking forward

Bernie Banton Day is an annual event to commemorate and honour Bernie Banton AM and 2017 marks the 10th anniversary of his passing.

On the 20th of November 2017, the foundation held the Bernie Banton Day 2017 Greencap Corporate Breakfast at NSW Parliament House where the annual Bernie Banton Foundation awards were presented.

The Australian Literacy and Numeracy Foundation

Being a professional services provider employing a large number of scientists and engineers, Greencap values the importance of education.

Our outlook aligns with the Australian Literacy & Numeracy Foundation (ALNF), believing that to able to read and write is the key to accessing education and employment, and to participating fully in society.

Starting in June 2017, Greencap staff participated in the STEP UP - TEAM UP Challenge.

Our participants each walked 10,000 Steps per day over 10 weeks and raised over $3,000 for the ALNF Wall Of Hands Appeal.
