Greencap's Asbestos Awareness course is delivered face to face and is suitable for learners who require being able to identify asbestos in a workplace setting.

The aim of this course is to enable learners with the knowledge and awareness of the hazards and health effects of asbestos.

Outcome:

A Certificate of Participation is issued on successful completion*.

* this course is non-accredited and is not recognised for working in the ACT.

 

Assessment:

Assessment will take place during the 3 hour allocated training session and will be in the form of class participation.

 

Delivery Method:

The courses will be delivered face to face via PowerPoint presentation and visual aids (e.g. typical asbestos samples).
