Cm3 Tools to Manage COVID-19 Contractor Risk

18 March 2020

Updated November 2020

Since the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, businesses have had to incorporate flexibility in the way they operate to maintain business continuity and protect the health and safety of their employees.

Contractors are also covered by the obligations to provide a safe work environment under the WHS Act, and must be considered as part of any organisation's planning, policies and procedures.

Greencap's Cm3 platform includes a number of tools that can be used to assist in the collection and communication of vital information as part of management of COVID-19 and infection control related risks. As Australian travel and business restrictions begin to relax, and as infection control is embedded into the new ‘business as usual’; it is critically important to revisit your existing pre-qualification requirements for Contractors, to verify that the process adequately accounts for infection control and COVID-19 specific risk management considerations.
