Greencap’s Response to Five Day Lockdown of Perth Metro, Peel & South West Regions

01 February 2021

In response to the positive COVID-19 diagnosis of a hotel quarantine security guard, the Western Australian government has placed the state into a five-day lockdown. The four reasons people are able to leave home are:

  • Shopping for essentials and medicine
  • Accessing medical or health care services
  • Exercise, one hour per day within your own neighbourhood
  • Work, if it cannot be done from home

Full details on the restrictions are available on the WA government’s announcement portal.

Under the new directives, Greencap’s team based in Western Australia will be working from home and continuing to support client projects and requests. Scheduled site works may be delayed in light of the directives.
