Appointed in January 2016, Dean brings over 20 years of experience in the environmental, water and energy sectors in non-executive, executive and senior leadership roles. With a technical background in science and engineering, Dean was formerly Managing Director of Ecowise Environmental, one of Australia’s leading specialist environmental service providers, Director and General Manager of WSL Consultants and was recently a non-executive director of Yarra Valley Water, Melbourne’s largest retail water corporation.
Dean has also worked in a number of senior strategic and operational roles for AusNet Services, one of Australia’s largest energy utilities. Dean is a commercially astute business leader who is passionate about safety and creating energetic, positive and high performing workplace cultures that delivers value to our clients.
Marco Lupacchini brings to Greencap over 25 years' experience in operations, maintenance and general management services across multiple sectors in Australia and Asia including utilities, infrastructure, construction and consulting. He joined Greencap in March 2016.
Marco previously worked with Tenix for 13 years where he held senior roles including General Manager (Finance), General Manager Business Improvement and Service Delivery Manager for two of Tenix' largest maintenance contracts. Marco also worked for Transfield for 12 years in senior roles including Country & General Manager for Transfield Philippines.
During his career Marco's responsibilities have included the delivery of complex operational contracts, finance, commercial and strategic planning, and he has worked on a number of strategic and transformational projects that helped deliver aggressive growth targets.
Marco is a qualified CPA and is also a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Michael joined Executive Leadership team at Greencap in 2018. He is a qualified CPA with many years’ financial and commercial experience in service based Industrials including Toll Holdings and The Downer Group.
Michael’s experience covers the broad spectrum of finance and accounting, commercial, IT, strategic planning, account management, business restructuring and continuous improvement.
Joining Greencap in 2019, Maree has extensive experience in HR, working with organisations across a variety of industries, including product development, professional services, consulting and manufacturing. Maree has held senior HR roles developing and implementing comprehensive business strategies to drive growth and positive change. Maree brings a wealth of experience driving best practice in complex, technical and multidisciplinary environments.
Maree is a member of the Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI) and the Recruitment & Consulting Services Association (RCSA)
Alex joined Greencap in 2017 as Head of Product and Technology, bringing to Greencap over 25 years’ of IT industry experience. Alex is an authentic, diverse and strategic thought leader with senior executive experience and a track record of delivering complex digital solutions, establishing highly motivated cross-functional IT engineering teams and fostering collaborative agile delivery cultures. He has depth of expertise in making a difference within leading technology companies ranging from start-ups to large multinationals.
Alex worked with IRESS Market Technology for 13 years where he held senior executive roles including General Manager Software Product Development. Alex also spent a decade working for NEC Corporation in senior roles including Department Manager - Technical and Strategic Planning and Department Manager - Software Systems.
Anne joined Greencap in 2016 as the Marketing and Communications Manager. Anne has a depth of experience in marketing and communications in an international context, from both the client and agency side as well as running her own business. She has worked in a wide variety of industries including FMCG, luxury goods, financial and professional services, automobile and more recently in the not for profit sector.
Managing both large and small teams, Anne has a financial background and extensive marketing and communications strategy and campaign execution experience across all marketing channels, brand management and senior internal and external stakeholder relationship management.
Anne is responsible for leading the Greencap Brand development and all marketing and communications initiatives throughout Australia and New Zealand.
Steven joined Greencap in 2008 as a Health and Safety consultant and was a key member of the NSW team for over 7 years. Since joining the business, Steven has held various roles within WHS, property risk, business development and regional management roles. Steven has become a truly multi-disciplinary consultant, with tertiary qualifications in WHS, is a Class A Licensed Asbestos Assessor and Principal Auditor for OHS Management Systems.
Steven has extensive experience in the areas of property portfolio risk and compliance, WHS, contractor management, digital platforms and integrated service offerings – working with multiple large property owners/managers over the past 7 years.
Prior to his role as National Practice Lead - Property, Steven served as the Regional Operations Manager NSW/ACT – responsible for the four offices within this region – Canberra, Wollongong, Sydney and Newcastle.
Brent has 20 years’ experience in environmental, contaminated land and due diligence consulting. His expertise includes strategic assessment, environmental and social impact assessment, environmental monitoring, environmental project management, sustainability assessment and planning, environmental management planning, due diligence and compliance auditing, environmental risk assessment and management, waste management, contaminated site investigations, and environmental policy, regulation and strategic review.
Brent has in-depth experience in the mining, industrial, power, infrastructure, government policy and regulation, and property and development sectors. He has worked extensively in Africa, the Middle East and Australia.
Simon Ercole joined Greencap in 2017 as a Senior Consultant, bringing two decades of experience across several industries in occupational hygiene, environmental management and safety. In 2018, he became the National Practice Lead for the Health & Safety practice and joined Greencap’s executive leadership team.
As well as being an experienced Environmental Scientist with post graduate qualifications in occupational hygiene and business, Simon is also a Certified Occupational Hygienist. Prior to joining Greencap, he supervised a team of health professionals as a specialist in Occupational Hygiene in the smelting industry, then managed his own consultancy business in Tasmania providing occupational hygiene and WHS services.
Simon has significant experience working in complex and sensitive work situations and he possesses a passion for mentoring and developing people, capability and capacity within organisations. He is particularly interested in the future of occupational hygiene, what the future work of WHS professionals might be, and anticipating the potential hazards of new technologies.
Michael joined the Greencap Executive Leadership Team in May 2018 as Head of TrimeEVAC. He brings extensive operational experience in the field of Emergency Management having served as a Senior Firefighter within the NSW Fire & Rescue and as a paramedic within the NSW Ambulance Service.
Michael has over 20 year experience working within the Workplace Emergency Management sector during which time has held several senior executive level roles. During this time, he worked closely with government departments and private sector organisations to design and implement comprehensive emergency management programs.
He has been an active member on various technical committees and special interest groups within the Emergency Management field, and represented the Fire Protection Association Australia (FPAA) on the AS3745 – 2010 (Panning for emergencies in facilities) standards committee.
Michael brings a strong technical skillset combined with executive management and leadership attributes to the TrimEVAC team.
