Appointed in January 2016, Dean brings over 20 years of experience in the environmental, water and energy sectors in non-executive, executive and senior leadership roles. With a technical background in science and engineering, Dean was formerly Managing Director of Ecowise Environmental, one Australia’s leading specialist environmental service providers, Director and General Manager of WSL Consultants and was recently a non-executive director of Yarra Valley Water, Melbourne’s largest retail water corporation.
Dean has also worked in a number of senior strategic and operational roles for AusNet Services, one of Australia’s largest energy utilities. Dean is a commercially astute business leader who is passionate about safety and creating energetic, positive and high performing workplace cultures that delivers value to our clients.
Marco Lupacchini brings to Greencap over 25 years' experience in operations, maintenance and general management services across multiple sectors in Australia and Asia including utilities, infrastructure, construction and consulting. He joined Greencap in March 2016.
Marco previously worked with Tenix for 13 years where he held senior roles including General Manager (Finance), General Manager Business Improvement and Service Delivery Manager for two of Tenix' largest maintenance contracts. Marco also worked for Transfield for 12 years in senior roles including Country & General Manager for Transfield Philippines.
During his career Marco's responsibilities have included the delivery of complex operational contracts, finance, commercial and strategic planning, and he has worked on a number of strategic and transformational projects that helped deliver aggressive growth targets.
Marco is a qualified CPA and is also a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Karen is the Finance Business Partner for Greencap. With over 20 years' experience in Senior Finance and Accounting roles for both Australian and US owned companies, Karen has spent the majority of her career in the construction industry where she was instrumental in setting up the systems, processes and reporting for the Engineering division of one of Australia's large construction companies.
Karen has extensive "large" company experience leading finance teams. Hands on experience in asset and business acquisitions / integrations, and managing large scale systems improvement / change initiatives.
Joining the Greencap team in 2016, Karen's focus has been on system and process improvements, including the integration and embedding of the Finance team as a key partner the business.
Steven joined Greencap in 2008 as a Health and Safety consultant and has been a key member of the NSW team for over 7 years. Since joining the business Steven has held various roles within WHS, property risk, business development and regional management roles. Steven has become a truly multi-disciplinary consultant, with tertiary qualifications in WHS, is a Class A Licenced Asbestos Assessor and Principal Auditor for OHS Management Systems.
Steven has extensive experience in the areas of property portfolio risk and compliance, WHS, contractor management, digital platforms and integrated service offerings – working with multiple large property owners/managers over the past 7 years.
Prior to his role as National Practice Lead - Property, Steven served as the Regional Operations Manager NSW/ACT – responsible for the four offices within this region – Canberra, Wollongong, Sydney and Newcastle.
Alex brings over 17 years' experience across various leadership, general management, market development and technical consulting roles over a number of industries. With a background in science, engineering and business management, Alex's expertise spans conformity assessment, product safety, supply chain management and process engineering.
Prior to Greencap, Alex held general management roles within the Oil & Gas safety and emergency management industry, led the consulting arm of Underwriters Laboratories across Europe and Latin America and held technical roles within Orica and Exxon-Mobil owned business'.
Brent has 20 years’ experience in environmental, contaminated land and due diligence consulting. His expertise includes strategic assessment, environmental and social impact assessment, environmental monitoring, environmental project management, sustainability assessment and planning, environmental management planning, due diligence and compliance auditing, environmental risk assessment and management, waste management, contaminated site investigations, and environmental policy, regulation and strategic review.
Brent has in-depth experience in the mining, industrial, power, infrastructure, government policy and regulation, and property and development sectors. He has worked extensively in Africa, the Middle East and Australia.
Appointed in August 2014, Gideon has an impressive history in the digital space. He is highly experienced executive with specific expertise in end-to-end product management, product procurement and delivering eCommerce solutions into multi-channel/sector markets gained at organisations such as Australia Post eCommerce Products & Marketplaces division; global online service provider and registrar, Melbourne IT: government investment agency BusinessVictoria; and global credit reporting leader, Dun & Bradstreet (Australia) group.
Anne joined Greencap in 2016 as the Marketing and Communications Manager. Anne has over 25 years' experience in marketing and communications in an international context, from both the client and agency side as well as running her own business. She has worked in a wide variety of industries including FMCG, luxury goods, financial and professional services, automobile and more recently in the not for profit sector.
Managing both large and small teams, Anne has a financial background and extensive marketing and communications strategy and campaign execution experience across all marketing channels, brand management and senior internal and external stakeholder relationship management.
Anne is responsible for leading the Greencap Brand development and all marketing and communications initiatives throughout Australia and New Zealand.
Stuart has a Bachelor of Arts (Organisational Psychology & Economics) from the University of Melbourne and is a strategic and entrepreneurial leader with demonstrable success in aligning operational structures to support client needs over the past 20+ years. Stuart’s vast experience has seen him partner with market leading organisations across varied industries throughout Australia, New Zealand, United States and Europe. Stuart also serves on various not for profit boards, is involved with the local school and sports communities and enjoys running marathons.
Stuart joined Greencap in 2015 and leads a large team of specialists spread throughout the South East regional offices to ensure world class delivery of integrated consultancy solutions to major clients. He does this through empowering teams to partner with and devise strategies that deliver incremental value for our clients. Stuart is characterised by very strong critical thinking and problem solving skills, diligence, authenticity and passion.
Peter is an experienced Project Manager / Environmental Scientist with 18+ years of diversified experience in the contaminated land and property risk sectors in Australia, Canada, and the USA. He is experienced in the successful project management and execution of large multi-disciplinary environmental and engineering projects. Peter has extensive organisational and time management skills, proven leadership in project and client management, and the development and maintenance of project schedules and budgets. Consistently delivering on his objectives through the coordination and collaboration of his teams, Peter's focus is on HSE and quality management.
Megan first joined Greencap in 2015 to lead the Qld Property Practice, bringing over twenty years' senior management experience in Strategic Planning, Governance, Portfolio/Program/Project Management, and Service Delivery across a range of public and private industries including utilities, mining, rail and environmental services.
Megan's varied background includes holding the position of National Services Delivery Manager at an enterprise asset management consultancy which offered specialised consulting services for integrated asset management; and a longterm senior management role at Powerlink Queensland (Regulated Transmission Network Service Provider) as IT Strategies Manager where she was responsible for strategic planning, asset management, investment planning, and portfolio management.
Nick has been Regional Operations Manager for Greencap SA since 2013. Prior to commencing this role, Nick has been a key member of the Adelaide office since 2000, performing numerous technical and management roles for local firm AEC Environmental, prior to its acquisition by Greencap in 2008.
A civil & environmental engineer by background, and with over 15 years environmental consultancy experience, Nick has a wide breadth of experience in the assessment and remediation of contaminated land, the Site Contamination Audit System, due diligence assessments, environmental compliance audits and hazardous materials assessment and management.
Dylan joined Greencap in Adelaide in 2007 as an environmental scientist and has performed a variety of roles since including senior project management positions and has managed various practices. He holds a Bachelor of Science with Honours and more recently completed the University of Adelaide’s Executive Education Professional Management Program.
Working on many national projects with Greencap, Dylan has vast consulting experience in SA, NT and WA. With a focus on operational improvement and strategic planning Dylan has a passion in environmental management. He has a breadth of experience in contaminated land assessment and remediation, environmental management, asbestos management, occupational hygiene and mould assessment/remediation.
Brook Saunders is the HR Business Partner for Greencap. Prior to joining Greencap, Brook spent 5 years working within Wesfarmers Industrial & Safety partnering as an HR professional focusing on talent acquisition, project and change management skills. Her experience comes from a variety of roles in agency-based consulting, in-house recruitment and HR advisory and across industries including FMCG, Manufacturing, Apparel & Design and the not-for-profit sector.
